Wow where is the time going, July is almost over !!  So far its been a fairly WET summer, and its spitting rain out there again this morning.

We had a little get together here Saturday evening had a great time lots of family and friends over and of course LOTS of food. Then yesterday morning we all got together again and went out for breakfast. Its great when we can get everyone together and catch up.

Brooke is with us every day through the week while Karla is working today she is with her Nanna as her Uncle Troy is home for a few days and wanted to get some time in with her.

He would see a big difference in her since he last spent time with her.

Yesterday Loralee and I went to see ” The Ugly Truth”  it was FUNNY we had a great time lots of laughs.

We had her to the park the other day she had a wonderful time playing with all the little ones. and she LOVED the slides.

Wendell put in to have Mondays and Fridays off for the month of July and so far hasn’t had such great weather on his days off , here’s hoping August is more sunshine than rain !

Sorry its been so long since we updated folks.  Just not a lot to Blog about , been pretty quiet around here.

My sisters grandson arrived over the weekend , he’s going to be staying with his Nanna for the summer.  They came over for a visit yesterday and Brooke fell in love with him. she followed him around and gave him her toys.  she is quite taken with him Jayce is 6 and such a little sweetie, He let her watch him play his DS and she snuggled right in to watch, here are some pictures of them.(hard to believe there are 5 years between them isn’t it.. LOL)

the weather has been kind of gloomy but I’m hoping that once it gets all this rain out of its system it will turn into a nice summer for the remaining weeks of summer!!
