Brooke is on the mend.

Our little sweetie is on the mend. here are some pictures from last Saturday,, and I’ll have more tomorrow. that I’m sure will show even more improvement.

At least she was playing and not sleeping the whole time.  she loves the phone “Grumpy” got her its just an old cell phone but she loves to have a REAL phone so he gave her this one. 

She was still pretty miserable last weekend but she’s coming along nicely. She will be coming to spend the day with us again tomorrow.  Hopefully we won’t continue passing the bug back and forth as I’ve had a sore throat and congestion all week too.  Haven’t really had a chance to get over this cold as its been busy at work with lots of overtime this week. But I’m not going to go in tomorrow going to spend the day with Brookie and get some rest. 

Its blowing and raining here today, not a very nice day  at all ! I think I’ll just have a nice hot shower, put my pj’s on and watch some TV , maybe read a little for the rest of the evening. 

my house is in dire need of a good cleaning and there is lots of laundry to do  but it will just have to wait. I think Loralee is coming over tomorrow to give me a hand with it all so we’ll pick away at it for the afternoon tomorrow and that will have to do for this week.

We are planning a trip to Kevin’s in the near future. if all goes as planned we’ll leave home here on the 15th and then head back home on the 23rd.  Get a little visit in and some much needed away time !  after that I’ll be back to having Brooke full time while Karla is at work so I’ll get back into some sort of routine again hopefully !  I miss my time with my girls, it will be nice to have that back again
