Well the weekend is over, back to the ole grind today, didn’t get any housecleaning done this weekend at all !!

will have to pick at it thru the week here and get my packing done only 1 week and 1 day until we leave !!

Well I guess everyone pretty much knows our news now so I will elaborate now as to what our exciting news is.

Wendell and I

are going to be Grandparents.

Karla and Earl

are expecting their first baby on December 24th.

Everyone is pretty excited, hopefully she will get along wonderfully and not have tooo much morning sickness, since she is still commuting to charlottetown everyday for college.

Loralee and I went tanning earlier today,, then we went out to Kool Breeze farms and picked up some plants to put up on the gravesites,, after stopping at the superstore to get a few groceries we got back here and planted the plants in pots that are equipped to survive the high winds that blow through the church site we’re putting them at.

We also stopped at the library and picked up books that were in for us, I ended up returning Crime and Punishment and 100 yrs of solitude even though I only got half way through one and quarter the way thru crime and punishment, just no way I’m going to finish them before our trip and they’d be way over due by then so I’ll check them out again once I finish work.

This book I picked up today is a 7 day book, others are waiting for it so I can’t recheck it out for a while so I HAVE to read it this week. its called Helpless so hopefully I’ll finish it over the weekend, as I’m pretty sure all next week we’re going to have lots of overtime at work and I’ll not get a chance to do much reading

It looks like a good book.

after droppping loralee off at home I came home and made Wendell a sandwich for supper and I crashed on the couch and did this for a few hours.

Even after the phone woke me , did I want to get up ?

I’m just to tired to boogie right now.

Friday already!!  Whooot

Picked Tango up at the Vets today he had his surgery yesterday he’s doing great, he’s active and full of bounce, we’re suppose to keep him quite for a few days,, this could prove difficult as he wants to run and play already !!

Giz was in and had his yearly booster shot and got along great as well.  So both boys are healthy and happy and done of their vet visits for another year.

We got some exciting news this week , , it will be a special Christmas this year, will elaborate more on that later on.

Not sure if we’ll have a full shift at work tonight or not, management thinks we will they are expecting a really high mail count today, I think it won’t be until Monday and Tuesday, next week we’ll have lots of overtime but I think tonight will be a realitively quiet night.  I’m guessing we’ll finish work early tonight but we’ll see.

10 more sleeps before we hit the road !! Whoot !!

Hopeing to get up west this weekend and put some plants on the gravesites.  Hopefully it will be a nice weekend and I can get that done.
