Well enough of the white stuff is down out there that we have a nice winter wonderland going on,
the plows kind of stopped running this afternoon, so the roads aren’t that great tonight !!
Loralee and I slipped up street earlier today and she got her hair cut, then we stopped and picked up a couple movies to watch, then over to the superstore to pick up some milk and stuff.
after we got home we made a dish of natcho’s (jalapeno peppers, green peppers, scallions and lots of cheese on natcho chips, then bake in the oven until cheese is melted ).
I put a nice big Turkey breast in the oven and got the potatoes and carrots all ready to put in the roaster when the Turkey was almost done.
we took our movies and natcho’s and had a nice lazy Saturday afternoon !!
Hopefully this weather will have all the messy stuff out of its systmen by tomorrow, we want nice sunny weather for travelling to halifax. we’re leaving monday morning around 4 am.
Viv and Shelton were over last night , we’ve got our dates all set for our trip and booked our tickets to the nascar race at the darlington raceway. Looks like we’ll be leaving here on May 5th and arriving back home May 16th or so. We’re driving down, so we’ll take our time and check in at our first check in spot (Charleston South Carolina) on the 8th we check out of there on the evening of the 10th and then head up to Myrtle Beach where we’ll check in on the morning of the 11th and we’ll take in the Saturday night race on the 12th and then check out of Myrtle beach the evening of the 13th and start heading home.
its still 3 months away but we’re getting excited about it!!
Hope everyone has a great weekend. stay out of the cold and drive safe if you have to get out on the roads!!

Just passing by to leave you huge cyber hug & to thank you for your continued support *HUG*
