Well yesterday was a productive day, got all my windows washed, the curtines are washed and hung back up, dusting is all done floors are vacummed and scrubbed, china cabinet  has been cleaned out and all the china  washed and put back, bathroom is done.  Most of the laundry is done .  but I did have help, one of my sisters came over in the morning and helped me with the china cabinet which was a big job, and then she left and my other sister came and helped with the rest of it.

Today I tackle our bedroom, dusting and cleaning, strip the bed ect.

Last night I went shopping for a wedding gift, a friend is getting married this weekend so I finally got off my rump and went and got the gift and got that all wrapped up.

Today is the phone interview for Karla’s EI appeal, Hopefully that will go well and she will get some EI going while she is in school.

Last night was Big Brother, once again Janelle was the “star” of the show, I just want to see her GONE ! but I think poor Daniell will be the one going home tomorrow night, but then again this is a double evection week so MAYBE Janelle may go too

I am sooo disappointed in Erika, she is not playing very smart right now !! Gotta get rid of chill town or they are going to win it again!!

Looks like its going to be a nice day today, might even get out and putter around the flower garden for a while.

Today is going to be a busy day,,

Sunday evening I didn’t sleep at all,, managed to close my eyes around 4 am Monday morning and then got woke up at 6:30 by the phone, so I was up for the day then,, 2 hours sleep doesn’t keep a body going for very long !! DJ was down yesterday and we spent the day shopping got home around suppertime and then got that overwith and took my niece out shopping for school supplies for her little guy.

After I got home I crashed on the couch around 9 or so last night and woke this morning at 9, so now that I’m up and awake,, so far I have all the windows stripped and the curtains are in the washing machine,,, 2 more laundry baskets of clothes are sorted and waiting to be washed, the bathroom has been sprayed and is waiting for me to clean it.. once I finish my coffee I’m starting my windows,, get them all windex’d and then get the curtains back up , get more laundry put thru the washer, clean the bathroom vacuum the whole house, dust everything, clean off the cubboards,  scrup my floors, and clean my bedroom. By that time it will be time to start supper !

Should be a productive day if I can get myself going to finish all this stuff now !!

Well we had a pretty good weekend here, after work on Saturday I got home and cleaned up and we headed out to a get together at a friends house, Viv, Shelton and us travelled together to get there and home, there was lots of great company and great food, and the entertainment was awsome lots of folks playing guitars and singing, it was a wonderful evening,  we haven’t been to a house party for a very long time so we really enjoyed it a lot.

Wendell seems to be coming down with something tho.. last night after we got home he was freezing all night and today he was still complaining of being cold now tonight he’s too hot and I’m pretty sure he’s running a fever   Here’s hoping he’s feeling better soon.

This afternoon Wendell and I went out for a bite of dinner,, and made a stop at the library for me to pick up some books after that I came home and watered my plants and then I got ready and I picked up  Loralee and her grandson Jaycee and we headed up to Friendship park where we walked and hiked for about 2 hours. had a great time seen a chipmunk he was about 3 feet away from us.   we found a big patch of Black berries so we stopped and picked some of those and had a little feast

this evening Amanda was over to watch Big Brother .

All in all been a pretty decent weekend for us, other  than Wendell not feeling to well.

this morning I got out and puttered around the flower beds for a while, then I got them all watered, after that I thought I’d pick some of my herbs that I have growing in pots by the fence so I picked my green peppers and then decided to pick some of my Basil and bring it in to dry it,

after picking the basil my sister arrived with her grandson and he brought me my usual “flowers” that he picks on his walk over (dandylions) he brings me some almost every day anyhoo we eventually came into the house to have coffee, and once in the house my right eye started watering like crazy, and it was stinging like there was something in there, I went thru tissue like crazy and then tried a cool cloth on the eye nothing seemed to help,, the weeping eye of course gets the nose running so there I was looking like I had been crying for days and couldn’t get this eye to stop it no matter what I did !! anyway after my sister and the little guy left I decided to take the basil and pull the leaves off and place them on papertowel to put in the oven overnite to dry out, and the eye started watering even worse !! then it dawned on me OH NO,, I have LEMON basil !! I have a weird allergy to lemon, I can eat it but I can’t touch it, and there must be enough of the lemon essence in the lemon basil that brought on the watery eye ( I must have rubbed my eye after having the basil in my hands) ..

so a learning experience today,, I thought the only LEMON I had to worry about was the actual fruit , and the lemon cleaners, detergents ect but nope apparently lemon herbs are just as bad !!

tomorrow I go into work for the morning for a few hours and then all afternoon and evening on saturday. and Wendell has informed me that I won’t be making supper tomorrow , apparently Viv has asked us to come over and dine with them and Saturday evening we’re invited to a get together at a friend of the family’s home in Travellers Rest. so that should be a good evening too.

So I likely won’t be blogging in the next couple of days, so incase I don’t get on here to do it tomorrow ,, enjoy the weekend Folks!!

We went to see the show at the Jubile Theater this evening, and what a great show it was, Viv, Tammy, Mother and I went and we had a great time, it was a really great evening !! Enjoyed the music immensley and the banter back and forth between Bruce and Boomer was hilarious, but I think the best part was when Boomer did a ummmm step dance across the stage with tights on.. LOL we seen more of mr Boomer than anyone REALLY needed to see.. haha.

Been raining here the last few days but Boomer informed us tonight at the show that we’re in for sunny skies tomorrow !! Lets hope he’s right

I managed to get Boomer to write Wendell a little note durning intermission so Wendell now has his very own Boomer Gallant autograph. LOL
