Well my Sister in law and my niece are heading over to Wendell’s mom’s today to watch a movie, I got three so not sure which one we will end up watching, but we can pick between “Sisterhood of the travelling pants” , “Noel” or “Dirty Dancing” (the 2nd one, not the orginal).
After that Amanda (my niece) will likely come back here and watch the other 2 with me
I have supper all ready it just needs to be heated up in the oven when I get back. We’re having Chicken Bake today

There is a pile of Laundry sittting in my living room, Wendell washed and dried it, but he didn’t fold it. So can you say WRINKLES ??? GRRR
yep I have a pile of wrinkles in my laundry basket. not even gonna look at it this day!! I’ll have to go thru and RE-WASH and RE-DRY everything cause I am NOT ironing, so what a waste of electricity and wear and tear on the washer and dryer!! What is it with men and laundry?? the only thing he gets asked to do and his respose is ” I DON”T FOLD” .. ok well wear the wrinkley clothes hunny cause “I don’t iron”

anyone else out there got one like mine??

MIDNIGHT:

Well its midnight and the clothes are still in the basket NOT folded Guess what I’ll be doing tomorrow!!

I watched The sisterhood of the travelling pants with the inlaws and my niece today, it was actually a pretty good movie! Then I came home and we had supper, I had made a chicken bake, and Karla made dessert so we had a lovely supper.
After supper I went up and started doing more Christmas wrapping, I now have all of Kevin and Shan’s ready to go, and 5 other people’s are now wrapped up. While I was wrapping I watched the movie Noel. It was really good as well.

Now I’m off to bed

Faye, your fingers are going to freeze hanging clothes out this time of year girl!!

another week has come and gone, it went quite fast but I am looking forward to the weekend, have a bunch of stuff I want to get done !!
I’ve been wanting a treadmill for a while now and crappy tire has one on on sale for half price !! Wendell went up last night to look at it but he says its too big for here, So I guess until we move again or something the treadmill is out, most are fairly big unless you go with the manual ones and I don’t care for those ones

My brother Nick is taking a course for a few weeks and has been coming here for lunch each day, I enjoy that get to have a little visit with him. He didn’t come today but he said he might be down over the weekend. Funny it doesn’t take to long to get into a routine , for the last 4 days he was coming for lunch and today he didn’t and it just seems something is missing today! Like I’m forgetting to do something.

Do you realize that one month from today is CHRISTMAS day !!! whoohoo!!

I am told that unless we win the lottery that Kevin and Shan won’t make it home for christmas :’(
So I guess I’ll have to get to the store and buy some lotto tickets this weekend and pray for a win!!

any snow down your way Faye? none here yet had a little but it melted as fast as it came down none that actually stayed one the ground.

Well this morning seemed to be the day for our phone to ring first thing in the morning. First call was the police station someone turned in Karla’s wallet . Then Wendell left for work and Duston left. I was still in bed, and a second phone call. Duston didn’t shut the door tight when he left and Giz got out thankfully he has his tags from the local Bark park here and the person who found him called and had them call me, so up I get and get dressed grab the leash and off I go to get the dog. Thankfully he didn’t go to one of the busy streets here, I thank her and bring Giz home. Now where else he had been is anyone’s guess because she only lived up the street and by this time Giz would have been out for about 20 minutes.
So that was my scare for the morning. now that I’m up I’ll get some laundry done and maybe vacuum the floors up!

Last night Vivian and Wendell’s mom and I went to the show to see “Walk the line”, EXCELLENT movie! they did an awsome job !!
Well worth going to see.

another show that is now playing is Derailed. I want to see that one as well.

Karla and I headed down to Ch’town to meet up with Shan today, she is home for her Gran’s funeral. so Karla did the driving and we headed out. I was very pleased to hear from Shan that Faye was able to come with her. So I got to meet Faye (Faye’s Flyspot)!!! So glad to meet her in person!! And the best part of course we got to HUG for real
We had a nice visit over lunch and then went on our way. Wish we could have had more time but lots of things to get done and Shan had to pick up her mom so we didn’t want her to be waiting to long.
So a great day for sure, met a great lady for the first time and got to see Shan and give her big hugs

Karla and I enjoyed our time together,we got to just chitchat in the car and did a little shopping, we don’t get together one on one as much anymore since everyone is going in different directions with work and stuff, although we live in the same house we have such crazy schedules we just don’t get to see each other often enough! So today was a really Great day all around.
