September is upon us!!

Well today is the first day of Sept. for those of you with school age kids you are like looking forward to sending them off to school for the 1st day of the year.

Our kids are no longer in school but the youngest is going to drive me in sane soon!!! Ahhh the joys of 19 yr old girls!!!! Of course at 19 she knows everything and we are just a couple of dumbasses that “just don’t understand” anything.  And of course the world should revolve around said 19 yr old. How dare someone fire her for giving only 1 day notice to take off and go across country to B.C for a “road trip” !! she was actually SURPRISED that when she got back she got fired!! hummmm I seem to recall us telling her that would happen!!

only another 6 1/2 weeks until my niece ties the knot, she is pretty excited about that!!

BB5 is starting to wind down, only 7houseguests left and then it will be time for Survivor to start !  For those of you who are BB fans check out this website. there is some streamline video and voice on there, this guy has live feed and gives us a little to listen to once in a while.

I have been appling to new job postings as I am pretty sure my job will not be happening this year at my regular work, they are planning on going on strike on the 7th and having it a rotating strike until the 15th of Oct then a complete walk out.  They have appointed “essensial” employees to cross the picket lines and go in to work when this happens. So this could be a loong drawn out strike this time and if that happens the programs I normally work will be canceled for the year. 

I hate Strikes!! 

This will be a stressfilled time I’m sure as I have worked there for 9 years and have no idea what I can/will qualify for outside this job anymore.

I have thought about going back to school ( I would prefer NOT to have to do that) but will have to look at all possibilites and see what will happen.
