Today I am home from work , I am making “friends” with our bathroom.. wonderful flue bug!!

Today is Kevin’s Birthday!! Happy 24th Kev !! Hope you had a great time with your bud’s last night!!

I’m still not completely finished of the yard cleanup here yet, but I was delayed by … are you ready for this… MORE F###KIng snow!!! Will it EVER go away!!!!  Geez let us experience a LITTLE bit of spring before we roll on into summer, or maybe we aren’t going to get summer this year ???

Anyways it didn’t last its mostly all gone again, (although the western end of the Island had to get the plows out this morning , apparently they got 3 inches or so). Now its waiting for the ground to dry up enough to get back at it.  I want to get some flowers and stuff planted when the weather finally warms up enough to do that.

This time next week my brother should be almost all settled in his new house, He leaves Barrie Ont on Wednesday to head home with his uhaul and his wife following behind in the car, with her 2 cats . They want to take their time coming down, so that they aren’t totally wiped out to unload the uhaul when they arrive.

2 more siblings and #1 Son in Ont.  to get moved back home and 1 brother out west and we’d be all home again!! haha

Wendell has spent the afternoon working on moveing our Satalite Dish, he finally finished it and now we have a better signal.  Woohoo. was gettting a little annoying with it flipping in an out because of a little rain .

And so the weekend comes to an end again.. (again too soon). and we head back to the ole grind tomorrow.. .

But we shall feast on Steaks for supper tonight to bring our spirits up .

Todays thought.. anyone who has ever tried to diet will understand this one!!

The older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight,

Its Friday!! and I have 5 more weeks of work left!! OMG can’t wait to be done!!

I am noticing a side affect to the Zyban that I dont like

My lips are soooo dry and cracked and peeling!! no matter how much blistex I use it doesnt’t work!! And its not just my lips, my hands are really dry too.  With the amount of water I drink in a day one would think that I should have NOOOO trouble with dry skin! I dring 3 liters or more of water every day!

I managed to get the outside building cleaned up a little today, took about 2 hours but I got all the “junk” that was left in there to one end to await the landlords coming to take it away.

The roof has been leaking badly tho soooo its not very dry in there, as they thought it was.

So I guess the queensized box spring that has been sitting in my hallway will be there for a little while longer yet.

The poor thing needs to be lifted up about 2 feet, its sinking into the ground fairly bad. Shame really it is a good sturdy shed.

But now that I have all the junk moved to the other end, I can at least put some of Wendells “junk” (towers ect) off the back lawn and into the shed so I can finish rakeing the old leaves up and get everything tidied up.
