Well I went to the dr today and got my percription for Zyban, I start taking it tomorrow, However Wendell’s drug plan does not cover it, so had to pay out of pocket for it. Ohh well my benifits at work will kick in soon and I can mail it in and get reimbursed for it that way. so I will have to buy my other 3 months worth within the next 2 months because I will just get my benifits going and then I’ll be layed off work and they will only last for 30 days after that. sooo if I want to get the refund for them the reciepts have to be in before end of June.
Maybe I can finally start to get this ole body healthy
Now that I’m in Weight watchers (so I dont’ end up gaining like crazy after quitting smoking) and on the Zyban, Plus I started walking for at least a half hour every evening. maybe one of these days I will start to see some Visable results for all the hard work ![]()
Dr mentioned all the side affects of the zyban including being Hyper,, hhaaahaa Maybe I will drive poor Wendell round the bend
.
Also went out and did some “Birthday Shopping” for # 1 Son. I think I have it pretty much wrapped up, now I’ll have to get it boxed up and sent up to him. And I hadn’t gotten Shan (Kevin’s g/f ) anything for her b’day so finally picked up a little something for her. Better late than never I guess. But I am thinking that I will take her to get her “real” b’day gift when we get up there, and I can take her shopping for something that she can pick out.
Tomorrow is HUMP day folks!!! woohooo.. half way to the weekend again!!
Here is a little chuckle for the day, (please any Newfies out there dont’ take offense)
the new Province of Newfoundland quarters.
If you have them, they may be worth much more than 25 cents. The Canadian Mint
announced today that it is recalling all of the Newfoundland quarters
that are part of its program featuring quarters from each province.
“We are recalling all the new Newfoundland quarters that were recently
issued,” Canadian Mint Undersecretary Jack Shackleford said Monday.
“This action is being taken after numerous reports that new quarters will not
work in parking meters, toll booths, vending machines, pay phones, or other
coin-operated devices.” The quarters were issued in the order in which the various Provinces
joined Canada and have been a tremendous success among coin collectors worldwide.
“The problem lies in the unique design of the Newfoundland quarter, which was created by a Newfoundland graduate,” Shackleford said. “Apparently, the duct tape holding the two dimes and the nickel together keeps jamming the coin-operated devices.”
Deep thought of the day:

I heard you will be coming up for a visit; is this your first time coming to Toronto? My sister quit smoking by using the Zyban, it worked for her and she didn’t have to stay on it for too long. Good Luck! I’ve been reading a lot of bloggers who are trying to kick the habit!
