Another icy day on the island

Well the ice is hanging on well here on our trees and power lines although quite beautiful to look at its not nice when the branches and power lines start to fall But now that it has been getting a little warmer the ice is starting to lose its grip on the trees and lines and its starting to fall off at alarming speed.

Lots have been without power for a few days now due to downed power lines.

I took my camera with me to work today and on the way there took some pictures of the landscapes with all the glittery ice, Hope to have some nice photo’s out of that. the fields and trees look like diamonds are covering them.

I am on my way in town soon and will be dropping the film off for 1 hour developing if they turn out I’ll post a couple on here to show how pretty it is.

Wendell is still at home waiting to see another Dr.

We’re a little low on work right now at the tax center but I’m sure that will change in the next few weeks.  As the deadline for income tax returns draws to a close we will be swamped with all kinds of work.

I will be on the hunt for a good Birthday gift for Kevin I have to soon decide what I will be getting for him and get it sent out. although with him moving I’m not sure where I should send it Guess if he reads this he will let me know where to send the package So what do you think Kev? What is on your wish list for this year .

Well it all depends if your sending it before or after my birthday.  If the package will be here before the 25th then I say send it to my present address, if not then to the new place.  I’ll email you the address’s later.

As for presents, I dunno is usually my answer.  Some things I could use would be some nice coloured dress shirts and electric razor (getting sick of buying mach 3 blades) other than that some neat DVD’s or a really really good all in one remote that works with JVC tv’s, RCA Suround Sound, Bell Expressvu, Samsung DVD players, and as many VCR’s as possible.  Oh speaking of which my VCR and Microwave are dead (but I don’t want those for bday)
