Welll Yesterday Kevin turned 23 yrs old !!! 

I hope you had a good day Kev!! I guess it is tonight that he was thinking of going out to do something. If you were here on the island you could help Dawn McInnis celebrate her b’day, today she turns 20 today.  Happy Birthday to you too Dawn!!

Tomorrow Kevin will be moving to his new apartment .

He might get home for his sisters graduation too!! That’s pretty exciting news!!

Hope he is able to make it home

Since we likely aren’t going to make it up there for a visit this summer. With Wendell’s back being as bad as it is right now that isn’t something I’m even going to plan on. 

Went to Ch’town today with my sister and my neice did a little shopping got some new pillows for the new bed another week and 3 days and that will be here !!Woohoo!! Now I just need to find a nice comforter and sheet set to complete the package

I was a beautifu day here today, I think we are on our way to the warm weather another few weeks and we can say it is summer.. Won’t that be nice!!

Welll got the Dr. Visit over with, now its a wait and see game. He wants a CatScan done but that can take up to 3 months to get in to have it done, in the meantime not alot to do but wait.

Watched 8 Mile last night.. your right Kev it was a pretty good movie, also picked up Red Dragon not bad either.

We did some shopping around at Leon’s for more prices on the Bedroom set we want.. I think we found it and a nice comfy lazy boy chair for Wendell.

Hope to get that here in the next couple of weeks.

The landlord and I painted the laundry room today, it looks so much nicer now

Actually a half decent day out today.. I have clothes on the line drying hope this will be the start of spring once and for all

Guess its time we put something in here haven’t posted for a while. 

We are just getting ready to go see the Dr.  Its finally time for Wendell to see the specialist.

Will post on that when we get back.

Kevin recieved his B’day gift and is pretty happy with it

This weekend is Wendell’s mothers b’day as well as our brother in law’s so we will all try to go out for supper for that . Hopefully Wendell will be able to be comfortable enough to sit thru a dinner. But we shall see.

Started reading a new author … Great books!! gets you into it right from page 1.!! If anyone is interested in getting them its the left behind series by Tim La Haye and Jerry B Jenkins. Good reading !!

I took today off today,will get a bunch of running around done maybe check out some prices at other furniture stores on bedroom sets.  Am hoping to order the set in, within the next 3 weeks. So have some preperations to get done first. Since I will be storing the old set I want to get the painting done in the laundry room and then I can put the old set in there and it won’t have to be moved again until its set up as a spare

once I know what day my set will be arriving I will tear down the old one get it stored away and get our bedroom painted as well.. then that will just leave the livingroom and 1 more bedroom to paint . We’ll soon have all the spring cleaning done Yippie!!

Did some shopping around for ideas for gifts for family members for Christmas ..  Yes I know that’s a long way off yet, but its still cold enough to be winter out around here and besides I like to have it pretty much done so that once the holiday arrives again its just little things here and there I have to pick up Makes the holidays a lot less stressful if your prepared ahead.. for me anywayAnd I think I have it figured out for just about everyone . I know what to get for the kids and even Wendell this year, and have started working on things for other family members, So at least I know what I’m getting and I can start picking things up a little at a time from now until the season is upon us again . .

Since this will be a 5 day weekend for me I think I’ll stock up on movies , Kevin has been telling me to get 8 Mile so I think I’ll pick that one up tonight, I’m not a big fan of Enimin (sp?) but I guess the movie is pretty good(so I’ve been told). Not sure what other one’s I’ll rent but If you have some suggestions I’d love to hear them

Well That’s it for now. I’ll do an information post on Wendell’s Dr visit when we get back home.
