Well today was a wonderful day (Not) I spent the first half of the day trying to cleanup a badly infested (Worm Virsus’s) off of a XP Pro system. Well after I finally got them cleaned up the system was wacko kept telling me basicly that it couldn’t find rundll32.exe which was there and I even replaced it with a good copy, but apparently one of the worms messed up a registry entry somewhere.

Well I gave up and decided to restore from the restore CD, so I copied all data off the system first and then done the restore (SLOW DAMN Compaq Crap!!!) anyway I got the system restored and the antivirus S/W installed then proceeded to copy data back, ah found more worm’s in the E-Mail attachments (Eudora – More JUNK!!!!) anyway antivirus deleted the files and everything was going good, wait DAMN the scheduling software thats used for scheduling intermediated grade levels in the school doesn’t work!!! so I left that for the time being and got everything else working all ok, now all that is left is this DAMN scheduling program, uses Foxpro ODBC drivers and there there is something a little wacko there yet.

Oh did I metion this is a Notebook and to top it all off a COMPAQ NOTEBOOK a pile of crap!!!  I HATE NOTEBOOKS!!!!!

So that was my day, hoping tomorrow will be better :sad cause I don’t think I could deal with another one like today!!

Well did a little more work on the site here today, and it’s starting to look quite good at least I think so :smile
